Tica’s Tacos LLC specializes in high-volume festival catering, concessions, and immersive food activations. With more than 275 major events completed nationwide, we deliver turnkey culinary operations capable of serving thousands of meals per day with speed, consistency, and creative branded concepts.

Driven by passion

Chef Mario, the culinary genius behind Tica’s Tacos, has worked in kitchens since 1999 at the ripe old age of 13. By the age of 20 Mario was a sous chef for a renowned catering operation hosting large scale events. He has continued his career as sous and executive chef at a variety of establishments enhancing his knowledge of all different styles of cooking and types of cuisine. All of these talents have been put heart and soul into Tica's Tacos.

Professional

Jessica has been working in the foodservice industry for 24 years and received a bachelors degree from Boston University’s School of Hospitality in 2008 to further her pursuit in the industry. Jessica’s passion for hospitality led to a career in restaurant management and private event coordinating at award winning restaurants such as Smith and Wollensky’s in Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square and Nectar Restaurant on the Main Line.  From her high school beginnings selling water ice at local street festivals to her education and years of experience all of Jessica’s career decisions and experiences have prepared her for this opportunity to share her love of the industry by co-creating Tica’s Tacos.
